Connecting Rangers Across Borders = Multiplying Conservation Skills: This is the formula that proves true in each international ranger meeting. You can be part of this knowledge multiplication by donating for a broad ranger participation at the 6th European Ranger Congress (ERC) in Romania in October this year. Ranger budgets in many European countries would otherwise not allow rangers to attend.
Also in Europe, rangers are out every day to protect biodiversity and ecosystems. From subtle keystone species to large carnivores, from alpine to coastal habitats: Rangers with in-depth knowledge and skills as diverse as the nature they protect bridge the conservation of our natural treasures and the integration of human interests, especially of local communities.
ERC: Pooling extensive and diverse ranger knowledge from all over the continent
A massive task: Just as the demand for resources soars, so does the planet’s need for untouched ecosystems. Equipping rangers to fulfill their role as voice of nature must therefore be top priority!
Most effective to do this is to pool the extensive and diverse knowledge of rangers from all over the continent to learn from ranger to ranger. E. g. at the next European Ranger Congress (ERC), where the formula ‘Connecting Rangers Across Borders = Multiplying Conservation Skills’ will prove true once again!

ERF Vice President Ilan Yeger about the big impact of 6th ERC on rangers’ conservation work
Donate to enable broad ranger participation in the 6th European Ranger Congress this October in Romania – our continent’s largest platform for ranger knowledge exchange.
For rangers’ budgets in several European countries, many of them home to the richest natural treasures, are too low to allow participation.
Rangers are #TheVoiceOfNature. Make a difference now and help turning it up to full blast!
